Description:

Fire resistant metal coated polymer fabric glass laminate is a new decorative glass laminate. Compared with pure metal mesh fabric, it is polymer mesh fabric deposited by nano metal. After coating nano metal, the surface of polymer mesh fabric is metal glossy but at the same time, it is featherlight and anti-oxidant. Combination with Sentryglas interlayer make the finished glass laminate high stiff. Fire resistance grade glass can be incorperted in the laminate so that the metal coated fabric glass can be fire resistant 30 minutes .

Bacstone galss is made of two low iron glass panels with1- 2mm thick natural stone central layer, laminated by GS interlayer. Natural light can pass through bacstone glass panel as the central natural stone layer is as thin as 1-2mm.

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3. -40 Celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 Celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 Celcius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 Celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celc<spanyes&#180;;font-size:20.05pt;font-family:times new="" roman;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;"="" style="box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">ius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles.
